This delicate clay powder formulation contains no surfactants and cleans solely by naturally pulling & attracting impurities. Exceptionally soft, it does not remove the protective film on the skin and does not irritate sebaceous glands, instead this formulation regulates oil production naturally.
Clay Cleansing can help maintain the acid mantle on the skin, which is a protective layer that helps regulate the skin's pH. Unlike harsh cleansers or acid exfoliants, clay masks can gently cleanse, decongest pores, and exfoliate without disrupting the skin's delicate barrier.

Rhassoul Ghassoul Clay Powder (Moroccan Lava) is a clay only collected in Morocco, from the underground galleries of the Atlas Mountain range of North Africa. Meaning “washing" clay, Rhassoul is particularly rich in silica and magnesium. The clay is traditionally used to prepare a soft and purifying cleansing masks. With its exceptional ability to absorb impurities without irritating the skin, Rhassoul is an essential part of hammam rituals.
Rhassoul is a natural cleanser that removes waste and sebum from the skin's surface, allowing your pores to breathe. As a result, acne, blemishes & impurities may be minimised. Rhassoul clay's mineral content helps to reduce skin dryness and improve skin clarity, making it an exfoliant and clarifier.
Cardamom has antibacterial properties that can fight acne-causing bacteria and remove impurities without over-drying the skin.. To Use:
Simply add a few drops of water to a small mound of powder (you do not need a lot) in the palm of your hand to form a milk or watery paste (it is up to you how thick you would like the consistency, it is not necessary for it to be thick and really needs a very small amount of water for powder to dissolve). Spread a thin layer on your face, it will dry quickly and you may wash off once dry ~ ideal for daily routine.
*You may also use this formulation simply to cleanse, without drying into a masque, it will delicately cleanse, softly exfoliate and nourish your skin.
